Price Negotiation Workshop
Negotiations are something all of us do all the time and very few have a natural flair for it. In our experience, most people can improve their effectiveness if they increase their awareness of the dynamics of negotiations and imbibe some techniques which suit their personality. These are particularly effective in the service industry, which otherwise looks so commoditised.
Service Oriented companies face the unique challenge of constantly having to protect and 'explain' the value they bring to the client, particularly in the face of lower priced competition. A price cut is usually the easiest, albeit the least desirable way out.
This Workshop draws from the various experiences of the Instructor, who has been in a multitude of price negotiation situations at the highest levels. He has excelled notably in extracting the maximum value from multi-million dollar deals, negotiating with governments, restructuring debt and closing sales pitches with high ranking officials in sectors ranging from Banking to Outsourcing and various other arenas.
